How often should I shower and wash my hair?
Firstly , yes I do wash but apparently I wash to much.
So how much should I shower and wash my hair AND how many times should I use shampoo and conditioner AND should I shampoo twice and condition once?
Can someone help me please thanks...
shower every day, wash your hair when it needs it, at least once a week. when you wash your hair you should use shampoo and conditioner. whether you shampoo twice depends how greasy it is.
