warm or cool? can i dye my hair platinum blonde and still look right?
im pale, i have pinkish cheeks, dark brown fair, dont tan at all, blue eyes
am i warm or cool? and can i dye my hair platinum blonde?
oh and what should i do about make up?

I think platinum could wash you out and make you look unhealthy. The BEST thing to do would be to schedule a consultation at the salon and get a stylists advice. They are experts, and sometimes can suggest things you would never think of!
Also, going blonde from brunette is extremely damaging to hair, so I would not suggest going lighter little by little (unless you opt to lighten via highlights)
Make up-- Blue eyes look amazing surrounded by gold tones. I would try a golden shadow all over the lid, and the a dark bronze liner along the upper lash line. For a smokey effect, top the liner with a shadow in a similar color (it helps look a little softer).
Light skin tends to look better in an apricot/peach blush. I prefer a cream blush to help your skin look natural.
Another fun thing for a blonde/blue eyed girl is to line the upper lash line with a bright turquoise. If you want a new makeup look, definitely visit the MAC cosmetics counter!
P.S. If you do go light blonde, try mystic tanning! It's awesome!
