Volume Spray Foam

My hair is straight, too flat & lack of flexibility. I want to add more volume & bouncy to it. Wht 2 do?
In addition, I have no clue for how 2 use those volumizing spray or foam. Would any of you kindly teach me the steps, please? Like..should I use those on damp or dry hair, then blow drying my hair, etc? And which is better, volumizing spray or foam & what brand? Thanks!
I have the same problem I've tried all the expensive volumising crap out there and i finally found one that truly works. Tressemee big boost volumizer. It's in a little Burgundy translucent bottle, cost about 4$ Spray it on the roots when you get out of the shower and blow dry upside down and when you turn over you get that sexy big hair like models on hair commercials have. you'll love it.
