True or False: Arm Curls are one of the most wasteful and pointless exercises?
False. They are not pointless by any means. Curls are one of the best ways to gain functional strength in your arms. I emphasize the word "one" because doing curls alone will not give your body overall strength. It is pointless to do just curls if you are trying to gain strength for a purpose. But if you include curls within a proper strength training program, then you will gain functional strength that is both aesthetically pleasing to the eye and serves a real world purpose.
