is it fine to not have whey after a workout?
this was the first time in my entire time of working out
that i didnt have a whey protein shake after working out due to the fact that i have 5 pounds of eas vanilla and its horrible
instead i had a big ol steak
then an hour later i had a oven roasted chicken breast foot long on wheat bread with double meat and cheese from subway
will this effect anything? i did delts and tri's i got through about 15 sets in 50 minutes
so it was pretty intense
and today i started a cycle of a designer steroid (chlorodrol 50)
how am i doing to many sets?
and my reps are 4-6 failure every set actually it was
13 total...it was like 8 for triceps and 7 for deltoids
3 exercises each man
and whey people
digests quickly
its there when your muscles need it
if you dont drink it...you wont ever get where you want to be
i think i know a little bit about what im doing here i dont really need advice on lifting lol
It isn't a huge deal so I wouldn't worry about it. Just don't make it a habit. I think the vanilla kind tastes like if someone took cake and mixed it with water into a drink, sort of. I do prefer chocolate also.
