My Hair Is Really Weak and Falls Out Easily?
Hi
Does anyone know why my hair is so crap? I did used to straighten it alot and I do dye it on a semi regular basis, but I don't see either of those things as an obsessive thing..I often go a week or so without straightening. However, my hair is extremely weak, and has alot of spli ends, gets knotty easily etc. I HATE the fact I'm always pulling hairs off my clothes and I want it to stop. I've changed to using good quality shampoos and conditioners like Nicky Clark/Trevor Sorbie etc and on occassions use intensive conditioners. Please someone give me an answer to make my hair healthier and stronger, but so that I can keep it looking nice!
Make sure when you straighten your hair you use a heat safe product.
I would make sure to use a conditoner on the ends of your hair every time you shampoo.
You loose atleast 100 strands of hair in one day. Crazy i know!!
I would recommend finding Joico K-pack. it will help repair your hair.
Also i have thick hair but thin strands and i know they get tangled easily!! Try a product like kenra's shine drops, and only apply to the midstrand and ends. it will help to keep them smooth and healthy looking!!!
