Do your dreadlocks have to already be locked before you can do the tip rounding technique?
I have had my dreads for a little over a month, so they are still in the baby stage. My tips are very curly and I wanted to round them by doing the rubbing technique where you rub them in the palm of your hand clockwise. Is it too early to do this or can i still try 2 round my tips and lock them up.
