How to attach my wig?
I found a wig i like (because i want long curly hair) unfortunately its man made fibers not human hair, so does this mean i cant put heat on it? so how will i attach it braids/ conrows then sew it to them?
also any maintenance tips would be a plus
If it is not human hair then NO NO NO to the heat question. Synthetic fibers will melt more or less under heat. You can always braid the hair on the wig itself if your looking for a braided look (not sure if that was the question). If you are trying to attach additional hair to wig, you can always cornrow a small section and sew the extra hair on just like you would the human head lol (but best done when the wig is off your head so to speak). In terms of care for a curly wig, mousse does the trick on real or synthetic hairs, however, try not to go crazy with it and make it too damp as the curls might not bounce back to their original shape as with human hair, that you can find in any beauty supply store or even a drug store. If you go to a beauty supply store you could possibly even find a wig spray! just ask and they will point you in the right direction.
