b) Determine the maximum amount of work the engine can perform each cycle?
Tc = 300K
Th = 500K
Qh = 200J
a) e = 1 - Tc/Th = 1 - 3/5 = 2/5 = 40%
b) e = W/Qh => W = e*Qh = 40% * 200 = 80J
