Is heat bad for your hair?
When my hair gets really knotted and tangled, i usually wash it with conditioner and let it set in for 5 minutes while washing my body. After I wash out the conditioner from my hair, i would wring it out and let it dry until it is almost dry.
So i turn on my electrical heater. and when it's hot air coming out, i then brush out my hair. and it seams to brush out really easy for me.
So i am just wondering if extreme heat is all that good for your hair in the long run?
It'll dry it out an cause split ends....use a heat serum...of any kind it'll help alot with excessive heat usage....u can buy it at any Walmart...just look for heat guard/therma guard on the bottle tresemmè..has some good ones along with bed head...
