I eat plenty of protein, I take vitamins, I don't dye or treat my hair. I have tried Nioxin with no help, doctors haven't found anything wrong. I use gentle clips but no pony tail holders, I use satin pillows and natural product but no matter what I do my hair will not grow past my shoulders unless Im in the sun constantly. Has anyone tried anything that actually worked?
I have used Aveda Damage Control but is is WAY too expensive to keep up, Im currently using The Aveda line with Buriti oli, which seems to help with moisture and price.

But, after doing alot of research the coconut/palm oil thing has alot of scientific facts backing it...so i will try supplements and treatments of virgin coconut oil...Thanks all!
