Help on a scamming issue?
Iast month i ordered some hair regrowth sample on the website growthx.co.uk.. now it did not work so i did not buy anymore, however 20 days later they charge me £120! for 3 month supply. took it straight from my bank account. after reading the terms and cond, it says when you buy the sample, if u dont contact them after 15 days they will automatically assume you want 3 months! Now i tried phoning but no answer + you cant even leave a message. also email does not work.
Wot should i do about this? please
and also they have an address in uk. search growthx on yahoo and look for yourselves
you need to contact the bank or credit card company and tell them cancel any future transactions or you will be charged again.
as for getting your money back, if its in the contract i dont think there is anything you can do even though you tried contacting them, i know its a pain but that the whole trick theses companies use. thats all you can do really
