What are a few supplements for hair, nails, and skin?
I've recently been changing my diet and was reading that it could definately effect my hair, nails, and skin. I have already started to break out in pimples on my face 
I normally do not have pimples. I am not sure of what are some good supplements to take. Please help!

About a year ago my hair was falling out like crazy I ended up having 2 huge baldspots under my hair so I searched 4 a product to help grow it back.I found a vitamin called BIOTIN it is sold for hair skin and nails and it works wonders. This was my miracle my hair began to grow back pretty fast and still is also my nails grow better and my skin clear and healthy looking!!!
