is vo5 extreme style surf spray any good?

i love messy beach hair and wavy hair. i saw VO5 extreme surf spray in the shops and thought it looked quite good.but when i thought about it and some advice i realized that it could damage my hair.because its sea salt spray someone told me that when the sun hits it it will burn my hair ( not literally) and damage it .if u have tried it ,f u know someone who has tried it or if u just know weather it will harm or damage my HAIR PLEASE answer this question especially hairdressers because they will have more of an idea . Even so i am welcoming ANYONE to answer . thanx Xx

I've been using this spray and i think its awesome... my hair has little bit of a natural wave but using this spray makes hair look exactly like the messy beach hair that i love :)

as long as you wash it out pretty frequently, i don't think the sea salt will cause you any problems... i go to the beach a lot so i'm in the sun all day but when i get home i wash it out and its fine.

i'm no hairdresser but i like this spray, its the best thing ive found for beachy looking hair and its so quick and easy :)
