How do I make my hair smooth and straight?
My hair currently is normal to dry, the ends are kind of frizzy, and it is really thick. I want to make it straight and shiny from roots to ends but I don't have a straightener or many products. I read this one wiki article but it was for straight after a shower and since I shower at night it wouldn't work out that well. I heard that putting mayonnaise in your hair makes it shiny, but that sounds kind of silly. Anyway any tips or home remedies for making hair silky, straight, and smooth?

You don't NEED straighteners to have hair smooth & straight. If you've seen Shannon Tweed, Gene's wife of KISS - The Family Jewels - she doesn't use hair straighteners.
