Was this encounter with my stepdad inappropriate?
I was 15 and showering for school. Every morning on a school day, I'd be interrupted by my stepdad who'd just returned from jogging (his morning ritual). He'd yell through the door (which didn't have a lock) that I needed to get out. I would then hurry up, get out clad in a towel, and walk to my room. Sometimes he'd say, "You can shower with me if you want," and I'd say, "No, that's okay. I'll be out in a minute." Well, one morning I went to take my morning shower and doing my thing. Then suddenly I heard the curtain open and I opened my eyes (I'd been washing the shampoo out of my hair) and there standing stark naked and with a major hard-on was my stepdad. I was taken aback. I'd seen his penis once before but never hard. So he walked in the shower and I instinctively covered my "privates", grabbed a towel and headed out. Please, no rude comments whatsoever
Anything that makes you feel uncomfortable is inappropriate..but what he did really crossed the line. You should tell your Mom she needs to know what kind of man that she is married to especially if you have younger brother/brothers. I know that it is a hard thing to talk about but if you are still in that house and he ever even remotely makes you uncomfortable again just say...that makes me uncomfortable and I would appreciate if you would not do that..you really need to tell your Mom who knows what he may or has done to others...even if you don't have younger siblings there are other children that can come in contact with this man...what he did was totally wrong... and disgusting something in him is not right grown men (stepdads) do not ask or get in the shower with their stepchildren esp..when he is hard...that is just WRONG!! tell you could be saving some other boy from something he may do....
