I don't remember much about it, although I do remember the main character had black spiky hair (although what anime doesn't?) I remember that the had these things they basically used to eject these spiny things and they spun on the ground and the things that spun had sharp edges. Whoever had theirs standing last won. Lol, I don't remember the names of anything in it just that I watched it when I was little and now it's bugging the shit out of me that I can't remember it for the life of me.
