I have a website (www.sepanta.co.uk) i would like to make a mail server so when the clients sign up for a newsletter i can send a bulk mail to all of them for special offers or important news's.

what i'm stuck on is how to do this. what requirement i need.
Anybody can help?

sorry i forgot to say i need a for Linux server not windows, my bad.
I just said for Linux, .ASP is for Windows
