foxwoods resort/casino spa?
i was wondering if anyone knows about the spa at Foxwoods in Connecticut. I'm going tomorrow, and because I'm not 21 (i',m 19, the other 2 people are), most of my day will be spent shopping and I'd love to go to the spa (all by myself). I am having trouble finding out though, the guidelines for dress, or lack thereof, in the sauna/steamrooms. I have no problem being nude, I think a human body is a wonderful;l thing no matter what it looks like, but like i said, I can't find any info telling me if a towel or swimsuit is required. Anyone here ever been or know where/how to find out? besides calling them that is, my phone is not working at the moment (grr)
If you show up there, and you don't have the right clothing, you will be able to buy it somewhere, the place is so goddamn huge its not even funny, they have every type of store imaginable, when i was there, they had a freaking ski shop!!!?!?!
In my experience, anything goes when it comes to how you dress i a casino, they wont kick you out unless your clothes offend people by saying something like "I hate the jews" and even then, if you spend a lot of money, they probably wont say anything.
wear what you want to wear, and have fun, nobody will complain.
If your really worried, i would just wear a bikini, and take if off if you are allowed to go nude, im sure you could EASILY carry it with you, even if you don't need to use it.
Keep a cell phone with you, you will become lost in that casino, its formerly the largest casino i the WORLD and its unbelievably huge. They deal some nice blackjack too.
