The product is gerber graduates fruit puffs. they're supposedly good for you, and they only have 25 calories haha
by the way, in each serving there is 83 puffs
so 83 puffs = 25 calories.
Do you know how to pronounce ALPHA TOCOPHERYL ACETATE, or MIXED TOCOPHEROLS?
Anything which have ingredients which you can't pronounce is not healthy. That's why if a person cooks a meal for themselves and is made up of ingredients like chicken, oil, salt, pepper, potatoes, and asparagus, then it's a healthy list.
Basically rule of thumb, if something says it's good for you and it comes in a box, it's really not.
