Silky Straight

How can I get silky straight hair?
If I air dry my hair it gets wavy and if I blow dry it it gets straight but frizzzy and still a little wavy. I don't like to straighten it or blow dry it so is there a shampoo or something I can use to make my hair silky straight???
I have exactly the same hair structure as you have and I also want silky straight hair from time to time. Unfortunately I haven't found some solution except for ironing it. As you said, even when blow drying it straight, it is still frizzy, and the waves come back after sleeping on the hair. So what I do is washing my hair with either some very gentle shampoo like a baby shampoo or with a nourishing one for dry hair, then put a really heavy-duty conditioner on it, and plenty of it. It always says on the package, use a dollop as big as, say, a walnut, but I put on a handful and let it sink in for at least 15 min, best for one hour if I have the time. You can also wrap your head in a little plastic bag while waiting, the heat that results helps lock in the moisture. Then wash the conditioner out, but be sure not to overwash or use too hot water because it usually makes my hair kind of dry again.
Usually this is still not enough for really silky hair, so I put something greasy, best olive oil or almond oil (a little splash is enough, careful!) in my hands like if I'd apply a hand lotion and then I run the greasy hands through my hair. This really helps to reduce the frizz and make the hair shiny.
But to get rid of the waves there is no way around the straight iron. There are good ceramic ones that don't damage the hair.
Good luck!
