I have brown hair which is not frizzy, but it always forms cowlicks and pieces of hair just stick out. I use Shiseido Tsubaki Oil Shampoo and Conditioner now (Because I'm in Japan), but when I am in America, I usually use Pantene Pro-V. I am going back to America soon and my suitcase is packed so I can't buy any products from Japan. So... Any American shampoos and conditioners which make the hair shine and reduce the amount of cowlicks? Thanks!
