does anyone kno if this flat iron also curls and flip?

my cuz got a flat iron similar to this and it can curl and flip hair and i think thats pretty awesome that a flat iron could do that so i found one that looked kinda like it and it didnt say if it curled or not. would anyone happen to know?? thanks!!
i just got it on ebay for $23.48! my other crappy straightener cost me almost 30 bucks! hopefully this is a big improvement. thanks everyone who answerd my question!

I am a hairstylist, and yes you can use that flat iron to curl and flip your hair, just dont hold it in on spot for to long or you will get kinks, While you are bring it through your hair turn it at the same time. That is not true that if its less than three hundred that its garbage. honestly I Know!! but if you want to spend that kind of money i would get a Chi. They are the BEST!!
