Need advice for Hair Loss due to PCOS?
I'm 23 old and I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 19. I have been losing a lot of hair and its gotten so worse on the top of my head that I could see bald spots, I even went and cut my hair short. At first I thought it was from my birth control so I stopped taking them. I tried everything from biotin shampoos to natural products like avacado, olive oil and even indian oil, vitamins, and Shen Min vitamins which obviously not helping.
I have lost 25 pounds throughout the same process so I don’t know if its caused because of the a sudden change of diet or what? I thought controlling my diet would help me deal with the symptoms with PCOS, which it has because my period have been regular now.
Please I need advice on how to deal with this crises. Does Rogain work or is there any natural products I should try? I don't know what else to do
The only thing that would really make a difference, is if you go see a doctor or endocrinologist to get your hormones straightend out. The Rogaine might work, ive never tried it. but if it does its only treating the symptom not the cuase. you really do need to get your homrones straightend out for your health. if it is at all possobile. try to get in with a good doctor.
that aside i have read that a natural cure to pcos can be weight loss, but it is extremely hard to lose weight with teh condition. the only wayt o actually do it is to cut out all sugars, white flours, starchy vegetables.
