How often should one use chlorine removal shampoo?
My daughter swims daily, how often should she use this shampoo ?? I have heard it can strip the nutrients off the hair if used every day.
I think you must be referring to clarifying shampoos which are known to dry out the hair so I think it should be used only once a week if you think it is necessary To be honest I don't think clarifying shampoos are necessary as it is possible to remove chlorine with normal shampoo Chlorine is very drying so I think it is best to try and use a shampoo for dry hair to prevent breakage etc maybe your daughter should allow her hair to air dry once a week as heat will dry out the hair further
