Is it bad to use an "Intense damage Therapy" shampoo and conditioner if ur hair is not that damaged?
I would say my hair is slighty damaged, my hair stylist said it was damaged just a little on the top, and I bought an Intense damage therapy shamp and cond would it be bad to use it? Can it damage my hair? Anything I should know?
No, it's fine!
I had hair like yours - slightly damaged, but not really badly. I use Dove Intense Therapy shampoo and conditioner. It's totally helped my hair. I use it every day, too, so even if you're using another brand, it's probably fine.
I love it - I totally recommend that you use it.
