I have really fine hair, whats the best shampoo to use? ?
I shower everday and the next day my hair is already greasy. Im using a salon product, but i believe its making it even worse. So whats the best shampoo for fine hair?
Fine hair is the most susceptible to looking oily because it is very fine and the oils can penetrate much easier throughout your scalp and the hair shaft.
Stay away from any kind of creamy shampoos targetted for those with dry hair or curly hair. They have a lot of conditioner in them, which only adds to the problem. Opt for clear shampoos, or ones that have panthenol in them. Another good one to look for is shampoos directed towards those who have to shampoo daily.
A quick fix if you are on the run and don't have time to shower, throw a bit of talcum or baby powder into your hair, it'll absorb the oils. Hairspray also works as the alcohol in it absorbs oils. Finally, I do not know if you know this, but there are such things as dry shampoos, which can be sprayed into the hair instead of showering. Look for those as well for a quick fix. I recommend not using a lot of conditioner either as conditioner in general is more geared towards damaged, over processed, or dry hair.
