Kicks how to train them, shin hardening?
So at least once a week i focus on kicks only to strengthen my shins, it is to the point that i start to loose hair on my shins (yes yes very sexy).
I do so on the heavy bag is there any other way? and i was wondering how do you train shin hardening?
I train six times a day twice on bag twice sparring and free training i.e. shadowboxing/combo's/technique/and shins
three times cardio/powertraining.
Shin hardening i do to kinda numb my nerves and harden my bones (tiny fractures).

and three times a week i do powertraining.
I don't think some understand my question, i don't want to know how and where to kick the opponent but i want to know how to strengthen the shin and how others do it.
About the wooden rolling pin, it sounds unhealthy? ill have to do some research about it.
