not really, but you can desaturate selected colors using photo editors..

In photoshop, you can go to "select" -> "color" and just chose the color you want to have desaturated, then go to image options and drop the saturation to 0..

Or if it is a dominant color, just to straight to saturation menu and drop the appropriate color slider to 0..
