I think by going on an unorganised crash diet and going through some extreme mental stress over many many months i have induced a phase of telogen effluvium. I have lost an incredible amount of hair over the course of only about 54 days. It's having a severe impact on me emotionally, It just feels hopeless. Will my hair ever grow back to the way it was, not two months ago!? Please, i really need someone's help and advice. I've recently turned 17 i don't have short hair either. it was thick long and wavy, now it's thin and scraggly, nowhere near the length it was and not 50% as volumous. my scalp is also clearly visible simply by lifting up a small section of hair anywhere on my head, and it just simply wasn't like this two months ago. Please help me.=(
