Is Saga Gold a "wet and wavy" hair?

I was at the beauty supply store and a lady recommended Saga Gold Remi (yaki) hair. She also stated it was a wet and wavy hair... I purchased the hair and it doesn't look to me to be wet and wavy hair. I am a weave virgin sooo... LOL help please.

Did you wash it? Like with some conditioner?
Then you could put water and a dime size of conditioner in a bottle daily.
If still not wavy, use the water w/ conditioner in the spray bottle 1st, after wet use a clear gel and start scrunching your hair tip to root.
