my son eats real food I just cut it up and sometimes he feeds himself or sometimes i have to help him. He eats only fresh fruit,veggies,he also eats yogurt,and all kinds of meats I usually buy the food from the fresh produce and cook it I am not talking about canned veggies or anything. But my question is what do you not get fresh he has everything fresh except mum mum rusks he loves those things!
