why the rich does not care for the poor?
In our world where more than half of the human population are poor but from the few some of people who amassed wealth and influence, seem that they never care, we are living in a single planet and walking in a single face of this earth, will it be better if the super rich individual share their wealth to the most desolated and poor people of this planet?
rich people and the government give more than their share (in the USA) of helping the poor. They donate their time, effort and money, they set up NGO's, they provide healthcare, send peace corps overseas, send food and housing materials, send mosquito nets, they build schools, bring water to those in need, set up welfare programs for foodstamps, provide unemployment compensation, our military sets up infrastructure, send seeds, send farm animals, provide start-up loans, there is Red Cross, Goodwill and lots of organizations that help people, there are places that provide food at noon, give places for people to stay in overnight when it's cold outdoors, etc. so if it "seems to you that they never care" then you have not opened your eyes and looked around. I suggest you do so.
Tax the rich to pay for health care?
