How often should I shampoo and condition my relaxed hair?
I am mixed with black and white. I normally hear to shampoo my hair once a week, but does that mean I can condition/ deep condition other times throughout the week? Thanks for all the help.
Remember my hair IS relaxed. If the question didn't show you.
Only wash and condition your hair once a week. Conditioning your hair more than that will not make a difference because you are not giving the conditioner a chance to work.
