How can I get my hair to achieve this texture?
I'm a 20 year old female with layered/razored hair. However, it seems that no matter what I do and what products I apply to my hair, it ends up straight and then the tips flip out a bit, like so:
(Yes, that's me. The green arrows are over-kill, I know, but it's just to illustrate the point better that it flips out at the ends.)
So, how do I achieve texture like this?
Currently, I'm using Redken Electric Wax (11) to give it some body, because otherwise it just lays flat and perfect and I look like I'm going to church or something. lol
So, how can I get messy, textured hair like in the second photo? Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!
put the wax in your dry hair and then take a towel and put in over your hair and shake your head inside of it, if you don't go over board with the shaking it will look like the 2nd picture.
