is pureology good for the hair?
a friend of mine recommended pureology?. it seems to be completley pure, they have a restortive line, and conditoner that is not damaging, or any chemicals. does anyone use this line? I would love to know if its good for me to use. thanks
Pureology is the best line of hair care I have ever used (next to Aveda).
It it perfect for hair that has been color-treated, permed or chemically straightened because yes, it restorative and hydrates your hair. Pureology also makes a clarifying shampoo that removes any buildup (like gel, styling lotions, etc) and keeps the cuticle of your hair healthy. They also make a very good smoothing cream that is good for both straightening (putting it into wet hair and then blowdrying straight) AND for your curls (if you have curly hair, it will smooth the curls and take away the frizz.
Also, the conditioners smell really good!! They have this nice mint scent. I was taking a shower in college this past year and I actually had one girl knock on my shower stall and ask me what product I was using because it smelled so good.
It's a bit pricey, but not much more than bed head and other TIGI products. It's well worth it!
