How much protein, carbs, and fiber should a 5ft 1in, 6 days a week active female should be getting?
I work out about 6 days a week and eat very healthy. I just want to know how much protein, carbohydrates, and fiber I should be getting daily. I'm between the ages of 17-21. Also, how much sugar and fat should I be able to consume daily? Thanks!!
Have a look at this site as it lists all the amounts you need per day based on a 2000 calorie diet:

If you need more or less than 2000 calories per day (based on your BMR and activity levels), then you can calculate it accordingly.
