Will punk dye ruin a future professional hair coloring?
Hi, Everyone. This is my first post. I've been dying my hair my whole life to the point that I've finally reached boredom with "normal" hair color. I've had pink hair, I've had flaming red hair, and I'm not really interested in whole head punk at the moment (I've got a job in a professional work environment, I don't really like "My God, she's a freak" attention) and am considering applying a deep Special Effects purple to my highlights just for a little variation from the status quo. Having expirience with this type of dye, I know it wont just stick with my highlights and my hair will have a nice overall dark purple cast. My only concern is that if I go for a freshen up at the salon, should I choose to go for all over color, having a semi permanent color on my hair will screw up theprocess royally.Should I skip the blackberry hair? Any helpful thoughts would be most appreciated. Thanks.
Save the punk for the weekends get some temporary for it if you want a change get some of those really cool but not permanent spray on colors if you do something for work do not do anything that will be more interesting than your work if you want advancement do not let your hair compete or interfere with your competency being noticed and a chance for advancement and more money. I got myself a more vibrant red but in real tones for work when I got tired of looking so normal do not go too far off the norm at a decent work environment.
Take that special you put it into your work be noticed for what you can do for your work and work environment. I would take it closer to the edge but never go over it so I just looked a bit more modern normal and it worked I got alot of attention from some nice guys who came in also who dressed very nice very conservatively and very normal but had that edge like a little bit longer hair etc. I learned I am special inside that way. Do some work on your smile and teeth as that is just an ultimate warm up the people thing if you are sincere...I got my teeth whitened up and then got braces so I smile alot more my teeth are looking great and it beats pink hair any day cost a bit more...
