What is the best flat iron out there?

I just bought a Pro Chloche ceramic iron....anyone have one of these?

ive never heard of that kind. but i have a global beauty one that i just got two days ago and i use it for the first time this morning. it made my hair super smooth and shiny too!! but the only bad part is that it started to rain and i got my hair a little wet...oh well!
