Where to find valve cover grommets & valve cover washers for a cavalier '97 2.4L?

I over-torqued (to 55 ft/lbs) putting the cover back on after changing spark plugs. Ended up shredding the rubber that connects them to the cover. I went to local Autozone they couldn't order them anymore from fel-pro. Checked internet... didn't find exact match (make/model/year).

Am also wondering what options I might have if I stripped out the valve cover bolts. (re-boar? some other work around?)
I had already tried a GM Dealership... they said that they don't make the part anymore (plus it's not even on their schematics!). Any other suggestions?
