Female dog hair loss.?
My female shih tzu/ lasa apso crosses hair is falling out I think. I have been finding same about penny size dropping of hair. She doest` seem to be itchy and her skin is very clear. What could be this problem we also feed her premium dog food and a good shampoo and conditioner.
*She may be pregnant. (and yes we will be taking her to the vet)
She is still young only her second heat cycle. Both breeds are non - shedding.
It could be a number of things, since she may be pregnant it could be hormonal. But there are other things that that cause hairloss. Since you are taking her to the vet I would see what they suggest.
