I have hair an inch or two past shoulder length, and I used to wear clip in hair extensions, however I do not have the time to clip them all in every morning, it takes to long, and the result isn't natural, my hair is very thick and the hair extensions look thin compared to my hair!
I've heard good things about micro ring extensions, ut are they hard to maintain, and do they do a lot of damage?

Same with pre bonded, as my hairdressers do those extensions, either glued in wefts, or individually! Do glue ins damage hair more than the microrings? Im looking for a more long term solution, rather than clip ins
