How do you use Wellite Creme Lightener (2 Applications)?
I got jet black hair and want to go platinum or close to it. First i want to use the Ion Color Brilliance Color Corrector to strip the black then bleach twice but i noticed on the package if the Wellite theres 4 powder thingies and a bottle with brown liquid and it doesn't explain crap.what do i do??
your playing with fire, i strongly suggest you see a pro, black is one of the hardest colors to lift. your hair may not be able to handle it. you could end up with alot of breakage.
