Can you make homemade hair extensions?

I have long hair already, but its super thin and i want to add more body by maybe pinning hair under it, but how would i do that?

Yep, you sure can. Go to your neighborhood hair store, (Asian hair store, Sally's, etc.) and buy the hair that is already on a track. It's easier to use than the loose hair.
