can you relax overly curly with a perm and large rods?
I want large curls, not straight hair. Do I have to use a chemical relaxer or can I perm with large rods?
it's not afro-american hair. normal texture and just very curly and frizzy, virgin hair.
I tried that, but it did not work for me. Within days it was back to normal but a lot more frizzy! The only thing I have found that will give me large curls is to use large hot rollers. Sorry, I know I am not much help, but I do feel your frustration!
