Would like to use slightly darker blonde semi permanent haircolor - will it be damaging?
Hello - I have naturally dirty blonde hair dyed to a platinum blonde - it looks super natural but I'd like to add some depth to it. I was thinking of playing around with a semi permanent golden color at the underside of my hair in case i don't like the result before going to a salon to have it permanently done. Will this damage my already treated hair?
Semi-permanent hair color does alter your natural color permanently. I know this because I use it on a regular basis and my new growth is always different than my hair color when its way past the time of the redo time so just be careful of the colors you are playing with. If you are thinking of just a little shade darker you should be fine but anything darker than that will probably leave your hair with a darker tint permanently. I hope all goes well, take care.
