My PC heats up very quickly and then my monitor turns off?

My PC heats up very quickly. After some times my computer becomes unresponsive and the monitor turns off automatically, The system doesn't restarts itself rather I have to turn off power supply from my UPS and then only I am able to restart my PC. After restarting by this method I am able to use my PC just for 10 to 20 minutes. Please help.

Once Take out the Ram clean it with a dry cloth and reinsert in to the slot.Try this if it doesn't works their might be a problem with SMPS
