It's where Elliot has a patient that has a HUGE penis because of these pills that he took. And later on in the episode in a room, Elliot and the patient were talking and Dr.Kelso was standing next to Elliot and while the patient is explaining his story about how his penis grew so big, Elliot bursts out laughing. Then "The Todd" and an intern are talking and making fun of that guy and Dr.Kelso joins in. Elliot comes and she says she felt bad about laughing at the patent and she was apologizing to him unlike those three. Elliot has shorter hair in the episode because of her new look. thanks
