My hair has a lot of split ends! Help?
I just had it cut and there are still a bunch of split ends. I really really don't want to have to cut off my hair to fix it.
I bought joico k-pak reconstructing shampoo because it's supposed to help damaged hair, i've used it twice but don't see any difference yet.
I'm thinking about just not using any heat on my hair and just going natural. I use heat protectants but they do not seem to work because i always end up with split ends.
If i stop using heat could that help my hair from splitting further?
I either need to pause the splitting or find a way to repair it.
Any good advice?
would taking a vitamin for my hair help?
I have oily hair. I must wash every morning. I know some of you think it's bad but really if you have oily hair you need to wash once a day.
i have the same problem as you.. my hair was super long but i had to cut it off and i still have bad split ends.. i think if you stop flat ironing.. and maybe start scrunching? it will look and be in a healthy condition.. because using heat is one of the main causes of spit ends.. and you can take vitamins such as B or E and prenatal pills for hair growth.. and if there is something to stop hair from spiting even further let me know LOL
