What is the best way to treat damaged hair?
after bleaching my hair a lot and using a lot of heat on it, its in pretty bad condition. Its way better then it used to be now, I've used somang kertain hair pack and it worked amazing on me, but its waaay too expensive.
i'm currently using tresemme moisturizing shampoo, L'oreal Vive Pro shampoo for damaged hair, Pantene deep conditioner (the 3 minute thing).
Sometimes i use queen helenes cholesterol hair conditioning cream, and placenta hot oil treatments and my hair is okay, but i'm trying to look for something better.
what product worked best for you?
I use Joico K-pak. It can be on the pricier side, but its SOOOO worth it. You can get it cheaper on ebay or in some online salon stores. Generally a 10oz bottle could be up to $15 in a regular salon. I'm telling you, there's no cheap shampoo or conditioner that will really work. The joico has the kertain that your hair needs to recover and when looking for a shampoo that is one ingredient that you should look for.
Another thing you can do it take a break from styling your hair or get the tressemme heat protector (their shampoo's and conditioners aren't great, but their styling products do work). It helps protect your hair from blow drying and flat ironing etc. Its around $4 and a pretty good invesment.
